11/30/08:hey everyone, sorry its been so long since ive updated the site, but BIG THINGS are in the works! Davey A and i are opening our very own tattoo shop in Berlin, CT!!! it will be called Liberty Tattoo, and will hopefully be open for business by the end of the month.

holy fuck...its now 6:24 AM, and i just spent the past HOUR reworking the site...either way its worth it, because now davey a has his own section of the web site. the navigation bar to the right has been completely redone. click on either of our names and more options will drop down, such as art, tattoos, etc, then click on the name again to close it back up. its the closest thing to a dropdown box i can do using html. so check out daveys stuff!
in addition, i put up a shitload of new photos of my recent tattoos and paintings, including a pic of the side of daveys neck. be sure to go see those too.
the baltimore convention was good, we made some good cash...the good news is that i sold about half of my paintings. the bad news is that now that ive sold all my shit, ive gotta get back to work painting more shit to replace it. im trying though. theres possibly a few new flash sets in the works, but im still at the planning stage. im hoping to have one set done by the manchester, nh tattoo convention in july. come see us!

Biiiig update today! i put up about 10 new tattoo photos, and a bunch of new paintings in the "original art for sale" section. Davey A and i are gearing up for the baltimore convention next week. come see us at the Baltimore City Sheraton Hotel Convention Center, Friday Feb 8th thru Sunday Feb 10th. 11/3/07: Hey everyone, sorry its been so long since ive updated the site. things have been very hectic around the shop and at home. davey and i are preparing to head out to baltimore in february, and hopefully a few other places as well. to those that have been expecting guest spots, i apologize. ive been slacking off with my trips to the emporium and i never followed through with the other places i said id be heading to. as i said, things are hectic.
regardless, i did a decent sized update today: 10 new paintings in the 'original art' section, and 10 new tatties in the 'tattoo' section! not too shabby! there wouldve been more in the 'tattoo' section, but i cant find my camera right now to upload the rest of them. there are some pretty nice ones on there too.
either way, check out the newly updated sections.
11/3/07: put a new background and color scheme up for the web site. i dunno, just fucking around for now. baltimore convention is coming up in feb, and then whatever else is in the area.
ive finished 2 sets of watercolor flash, a third is on the way. so far ive just been spreading them out to whoever asks, but not a lot of people have been asking.
im also almost out of the hannya shirts.
9/26/07: the boston convention was fun. it was cool hanging out with the art for life crew and seeing some great artists. we sold a bunch of shit too. davey sold a fuckton of his shirts and a lot of his mary cat prints, and i sold 5 paintings and some other shit too.
ive got one flash set finished. its on my myspace, so go check it out. itll be on the web site soon enough. ive also got 2 more sets underway.
ive also set up some paypal "buy it now" buttons for the site, so people can just use paypal to buy our shit. but the process was a pain in the ass.
8/22/07: so preparation for the boston convention is underway. its kinda last minute, so im trying to throw together a bunch of crap to bring. hopefully my car will fit it all.
i added a few more tattoo photos, replaced a few art photos with framed versions, and uploaded a new piece of art. go check them out.
im also adding another link to the navigation bar that will bring people to the murdoodle productions myspace, not just my personal one.

8/20/07: i guess ill be working the boston tattoo convention this year. mike connors of art for life in brattleboro was gracious enough to let me jump on board and split a booth with davey. right now im waiting to hear from the licensing board and natan about whether or not my temporary license will go through. but even if i cant actually tattoo there, ill still be there selling merchandise. and if all goes according to plan, i SHOULD have a new shirt design ready to go, as well as murdoodle.com STICKERS, and possibly even some flash!
i think im going to add a "travel dates" section to the links bar so people can see where im heading to at any given point.
8/07/07: did a BIIIIIG update today! there are new art photos, new art for sale by both myself AND davey a, new tattoo photos (3 out of the 6 new ones are eagles, believe it or not), and fucking FINALLY got the shirt photos up! go to the apparel section so you can check them out! and peruse the rest of the junk on this site while youre at it.
additionally, davey and i are looking into some new conventions to hit up, so some travelling is in our future. stay tuned for more info!
7/31/07: the manchester tattoo convention was a fucking BLAST! everyone at spiderbite tattoo was ultra-friendly, and davey and i worked our asses off.
the best part: im revamping the site to accomodate all our new merch! shirts, prints, artwork...fucking EVERYTHING! so check back often. if your interested in buying shit, hit me up on myspace or via email.
7/16/07: so apparently my purple iris picture ended up being a featured tattoo on inkednation.com for a few days. pretty sweet.
davey and i are hurrying to get everything together for the convention. paintings are getting framed, prints are getting painted...its crunch time.

7/1/07: davey a and i are getting ready to head to the manchester tattoo convention, which means were starting to gather our wares. i went through a crapton of old body jewelry to sell, so hopefully ill be able to get rid of some shit. i also need to do some new watercolors to sell when we get there. plus, my grandmother may even get tattooed, which would be fucking amazing. check back often for more updates.
6/15/07: i finally put up some sections for merchandise. the apparel section doesnt have anything in it yet because, well, i dont have any apparel for sale yet. but soon!
theres plenty of art to buy though, as well as some prints. like i said, more to come soon, including artwork and prints from davey a. so check back soon!
6/11/07: sorry its been so long since ive updated. things have been hectic.
im trying to make it out to worcester a few days every month. the demand for tattoos out there has been crazy since the piercing emporiums tattoo artist split a while ago. marc, emrys, tara and everyone there are really friendly. if you are in or around worcester and need piercing work, go see them!
ive been trying to paint a lot lately. davey a and i both have some shit in the works thatll hopefully be up and running soon. additionally, at some point im going to revamp the website a little and put up merchandise and ordering info, in case anybody is interested. hopefully SOMEONE will want to buy my crap.
davey a and i will more than likely be working at the live free or die tattoo expo in manchester, nh. its a sat/sun deal. should be interesting, since neither one of us has done a convention before.

4/27/07: the past 2 days at the Piercing Emporium in worcester have been really fun. everyone there is really chill, and the shop is nice as well. i encourage you to check them out if you get the chance. and i will probably be doing another guest spot there in the next month or two.

3/3/07: working at ace of spades has been fucking dope thus far. im getting a lot of help on my artwork, and theyre keeping me pretty damned busy. call the shop to set up appts, because im booking up rather quickly. for now it seems like ill be working sat-wed.

2/20/07: sorry i havent updated the site in awhile, things have been busy. ive been waiting for this move for quite some time now, and im very excited. the shop is about half the distance from my apartment, so im gonna save a ton in gas mileage.

1/31/07: happy new year everyone. whatever.
image update today. i added 7 or so new tattoos and 2 new pieces of art, both colored pencil portrait sketches. go check them out. lately ive had the opportunity to do some really nifty tattoos, so thats cool. but i also have a few haphazard gaps in my schedule, so if you want to come in and get some cool or weird shit, get ahold of me at the shop.
also, i got tattooed for my birthday. TC at Ace of Spades filled in the inside of my upper right arm with a badass "snitches get stitches" piece. ive also set up an appointment to get my throat tattooed, which ive been dying to do for awhile.
